BOURGASROADCONSTRUCTION JSCo is leading road-construction company in Southeast Bulgaria. The company is established by Decision No. 25 of the Council of Ministers from 27.04.1993 and is a successor of part of the actives and the experience of the Road Management in the town of Burgas. Initially it is registered as a sole-owner limited company, and in consequence is transferred to a joint-stock company. BOURGASROADCONSTRUCTION JSCo is a joint-venture company of the Holding Roads PLC - Sofia /www.roads.bg/.

Scope of Activity:

Building & Construction, repair and maintenance of roads and bridges, buildings and facilities; current repair and winter maintenance of the roads; production and trade with quarry bulk materials and asphalt mixtures; laboratory testing; renting of building & construction machines and professional transport vehicles.
